Huntsman Savile Row is committed to ensuring the perfect fit and exceptional quality; therefore, we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn, non-bespoke items in their original condition. Please note that customized garments or altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our client services team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Parcel
Carefully pack your items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded to prevent creasing.
- 3.Complimentary Collection
Schedule a complimentary courier collection through our shipping partner or drop off your package at our 11 Savile Row flagship store.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our master tailors have inspected the return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
